Sugarbird Cape Fynbos Rum is a celebration of unique Cape Fynbos heritage married with the rich complexity of Jamaican-style Cape Pot still Rum - smooth dark and amber. Aged for four years in bourbon casks, enhancing the sun-ripened raisin and buttery flavours, and triple distilled in blackstrap molasses - it is full of rich, complex potstill flavour… but, of course, true to Sugarbird roots, naturally, it is infused with protea nectar. Expect a finish that is all creamy vanilla and brown sugar. Mature enough to serve as an elegant sipper, while still feisty enough to shine in cocktails.
