This showstopper pink gin celebrates two of South Africa’s finest botanical exports. Pinotage, a South African signature red wine grape varietal that adds a vibrant pink colour, while one of three different types of Pelargonium (a Cape fynbos, known globally as Geranium), Rose Pelargonium or Geranium adds a sweet, floral flavour. The other two Pelargonium (Geranium) species are Lemon (leaves) which add a bright citrus note, and African (root tuber) which is also used extensively for its bronchial medicinal health benefits
