Ingredients
- 60ml blueberry syrup (cook down a punnet of blueberries, with 1/4 cup sugar and juice of a lemon until mashed and syrupy)
- 60ml ginger beer
- 60ml Lean On Me gin
- Mint leaves
- Sugar, to rim the glass
- Lemon wedge to garnish

Rim the glass with lemon and sugar.

Muddle the blueberry syrup and mint leaves at the bottom of the glass.

Add a squeeze of lemon and ice.

Add your ginger beer using an upside down spoon to create layers.
- Add your Lean On Me Gin in the same way.
- Garnish and serve!
