Pretty in Pelargonium

Ingredients:

50ml Sugarbird Pino & pelargonium gin,

25ml geranium and rose syrup

Fitch & Leeds pink tonic

Fresh raspberries

Petals for garnish

Method:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add all ingredients except the tonic
3. Shake like crazy
4. Fine strain into a glass of your choosing
5. Charge with pink tonic
6. Decorate with rose petals or geranium flowers & a spring of fresh mint
