Ingredients:
50ml Sugarbird Pino & pelargonium gin,
25ml geranium and rose syrup
Fitch & Leeds pink tonic
Fresh raspberries
Petals for garnish
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all ingredients except the tonic
- Shake like crazy
- Fine strain into a glass of your choosing
- Charge with pink tonic
- Decorate with rose petals or geranium flowers & a spring of fresh mint
